Lettuce Entertain You’s newest restaurant opening Summer House Santa Monica is definitely a go to place for fresh, light California inspired cuisine. In the middle of a polar vortex that never seems to end it was a breath of fresh air to dine at Summer House. Rich Melman definitely knows how to build an empire with so many different concepts but still make it so attainable, affordable luxury. A definite check out!
