Nirav and I try and make it a point to go one ski trip annually. Despite some traggic accidents on previous trips (shattered knee cap and broken collar bone) we still get extremely excited to go back and hit the slopes. This year for our best friend Andy’s birthday we went to Boyne Mountain. It was a weekend full toasty memories at the fireplace, yummy winter food like chili and hot cocoa, and of course lots of hot tub relaxation. I was genuinely surprised at how much there was to do there and how cozy it was. Among the activities there was snowshoeing, ice skating, tubing, horse drawn carridge rides even ziplining! At only 5 hours away Chicagoans really don’t have anything to loose by checking Boyne out for a fun filled winter trip!
